We offer a limited 2 year warranty from the date of purchase on any defective materials, workmanship, moving parts and on the steel of MultiTable Bases.
Are the MultiTable products guaranteed?
We offer a 30 day, money back guarantee. If, within 30 days of your purchase, you decide the MultiTable product is not for you, you may return or exchange your order.

How much weight can the MultiTable Bases support?

We recommend distributing the weight evenly over the Table Top, i.e. computer, speakers, will help to guarantee smooth operation of the MultiTable Bases.
What are our MultiTable Bases made of?
Our Bases are made of powder coated, rolled stamped steel.
What are our Table Tops made of?
Our tops are made of commercial grade particle board and finished with a high pressure laminate.
I'm interested in using a table top of my own. Is this possible?
The MultiTable Bases can be purchased separately.

What are my shipping options?

We ask the product be in its original packaging, and is in sellable condition. Simply email us at email@example.com or call 602.773.6911 for a return authorization number.

What is your exchange policy?
We have a 30-day, 100 % Satisfaction Guarantee. If you receive your MultiTable product(s) and decide you would like to exchange it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 602.773.6911 for an exchange authorization number. We ask the product be in its original packaging, and is in sellable condition. Upon receipt of the exchanged item(s), we will promptly send the replacement(s).
Please note: shipping and handling costs for original item(s) are nonrefundable. Buyer pays for shipping and handling costs of replacement item(s).
What should I do if my order was damaged in shipping?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your MultiTable product is delivered with obvious signs of damage, please refuse the shipment, and the damaged product will be sent back to us.
